The glossy screen is the one thing I hate about my laptop. When I got it, people were saying how it improves the image, which it does in room lighting conditions, but in bright light, it's a nightmare for reflections. The gloss screen rules this Special Edition out for me, which is really disappointing, and the small trackpad was the only thing holding me back from getting the standard NC10.
